We have extensive experience in land records research and land platting. We will research where your family lived, who their neighbors were and what their surroundings were like to give you an idea of how they lived. We also offer a variety of mapping services.

Fees

We currently charge $30 per hour for planning, record collecting and analysis, and preparation of reports. You will also be billed for expenses such as courthouse fees, photocopies, etc. You specify your research goals and set a financial limit. We require a $120 retainer before commencing research.
